Eligibility for Return
- Returns can be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging with the original invoice.
- Returns are not accepted for items showing signs of misuse, installation, or physical damage.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or modified cooling units.
- Products that have been installed or used.
- Items purchased during discounted or clearance sales.
Return Process
- Email us at service@glacierservices.in within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and product photos.
- Our support team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding your refund status.
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the return passes inspection.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or defective on arrival.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos of the item and packaging via email.
- We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
