  • Returns are not accepted for items showing signs of misuse, installation, or physical damage.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or modified cooling units.
  • Products that have been installed or used.
  • Items purchased during discounted or clearance sales.

Return Process

  1. Email us at service@glacierservices.in within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and product photos.
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding your refund status.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the return passes inspection.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or defective on arrival.
